Shopped for Shirley and ran home to catch Elmo. He taught us about hair today. You know hair! Elmo looks really funny with a Sam Donaldson piece on his head. Dylan recognized that I have more hair on my face than on my head. (I think that confuses him abit)
Snack of cheese and 1/2 of a banana

We went to Dylan's two year check-up. Here are the measureables: 2'10'', 30 lbs. 43 growth percentile based on length for age and 75.5 growth percentile based on weight for age. He is an extremely healthy little boy according to Dr. Nettum. Things of note at the appointment: Dylan thought the examining light/magnifying glass was a microphone(he kept yelling daddy or mommy into it), when asked how many teeth he has Dylan replied, "two", and he giggled and smiled the whole time Dr. Nettum examined him.
Lunch of Ham/cheese sandwich and pickles.
Napping by noon.
Up at 3 for a bath and photo preparations. Today is the big day for Dylan's 2-year pictures. We picked up mommy, grabbed our CSA and headed to the Sears portrait studio.
Snack of banana(he's turning yellow), and a cereal bar(we're out of these, finally)
Changed Dylan into his baseball stuff and headed in the the session. Man, was he awesome!! The pictures are amazing. I'll post them as soon as we get'em. (around the 15th)
Off to Babies R Us to purchase a big boy bed for Dylan. (He loves it)

Had dinner at the Tumbleweed Grill (He ate french fries, apple sauce, MacNCheese and drink milk)and headed home for the assembly. Dylan helped way too much!!! Anyway, once it was assembled we couldn't get him to stop jumping and running on the bed. (it's not that big and fortunately he didn't require any stitches.)
Dylan said I love you Mommy for the first time. It came out something like this "bi bub bo bobby" of course he had his pacifier (or popo) but it was very recognizable to the training ear.
Off to bed at 9:30 tonight. Asleep by ten.
