Ollie and the Leaves

Ollie got here around 11. Lois and Dylan were asleep until noon. After all had woke from there naps and had a snack, we headed outside for some fun. Dylan and Lois had fun. Ollie did not.

Sliding into the leaves is SO much fun!

I'm not sure what's going on here.

Dylan isn't hitting Ollie with the broom it just looks like it.

Ollie was a tad under the weather today. I'm hoping it's something like teething or gas.

After the last picture a photographer for the Wisconsin State Journal came over and shot pictures for 2.5 hours. Evidently, we'll be featured on the website in the form of a slide show. More details will follow when they become available.

It's 630 and I want to go to bed! Unfortunately, it's my turn to put Dylan to bed so I'll be spending the first part of my "good" night sleep in a rocking chair. Then tomorrow morning I'll be taking a bath or applying an unhealthy amount of Ben-gay.

I apologize for these blogs becoming more sporadic and less informative....but I'd rather be busy with playing than busy updating this blog. Sucks to be you!

We (Ollie, Dylan, Brian, Ted, Jeremy, Lucy and I) went to the Arboretum today. It was great!! But a bit cold. As you will see the leaves were a big hit! Jeremy, thanks for sharing your pictures! (my camera needs batteries)


So that's where all the leaves come from.

Ted may have been overdressed. He looks warm doesn't he?

Dylan and Daddy's Drowsy Day

Dylan took his nap at 10 this morning. He must be feeling as run down as I am. I'm definately coming down with something. It's most likely Ollie and Lois's fault! I guess they don't get any more kisses or hugs just a healthy dose of floor time. (Just kidding, I'll hold them. But it'll be hard not to kiss their little cheeks)

We went for a long walk and played at a great neighborhood park. Ollie wasn't too keen about the idea of swinging but he liked touching leaves and hearing them crunch. Dylan played with his yellow ball and kick ball.
